Responsibilities

Receive inquiries regarding the rental of villas and country houses;

List daily rental villas (houses) on the villarent.az website and inform property owners about our services;

Post and update listings on relevant advertising platforms and websites;

Establish prompt communication with clients via phone and social media;

Present suitable options to clients and manage the sales process;

Respond to messages and calls received via social media after working hours;

Identify individuals traveling to various regions and offer them accommodation options tailored to their preferences.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of work experience in the Real Estate agency or Tourism sector

Language skills: Excellent command of Azerbaijani

Software skills: Microsoft Office, ability to use Social Media
