Responsibilities

Establishing regular communication with parents

Creating a safe and positive learning environment

Requirements

Higher or secondary vocational education in preschool education, pedagogy, or a related field

Fluency in Azerbaijani and strong communication skills

Must be patient, attentive, and passionate about working with children

Ability to develop and implement educational programs

Ability to organize developmental games and engaging activities

Ability to work in a team, be responsible, and punctual

Work experience is desirable (at least 2 years is considered an advantage)
