Greet customers and provide pre-meal services in accordance with company procedures
• Seat customers according to table arrangements in line with company procedures and assist them with seating;
• Present menu and beverage lists to customers, provide clear descriptions and explanations, and answer questions accurately and politely;
• Provide recommendations and suggestions to assist customers in selecting food and drinks;
• Take orders, relay them to the kitchen and bar, and inform them of any special requests, dietary needs, or cultural requirements where applicable;
• Identify delays or issues related to services and products, and resolve them promptly while ensuring customer satisfaction in accordance with company policies and procedures, then report them;
• Prepare and present bills based on customer requests;
• Manage relationships with colleagues and customers;
• Communicate with the kitchen staff, bartenders, and other waiters before, during, and after service to improve the level of communication and information flow.
