Marketing and PR Manager

MinVolt is a technology company operating in the field of urban mobility and delivery. We develop electric bicycle rental services for couriers and businesses, a battery swapping network, and infrastructure for modern urban logistics.

We are currently looking for a Marketing and PR Manager. This person will be responsible for MinVolt's external image: social media, website, media, advertising, offline materials, and the brand's communication with the market.

This is not just an SMM vacancy. We are looking for a versatile marketing professional who understands the brand, audience, content, PR, and business objectives.

Terms
— Official employment.
— Employment contract in accordance with the Labor Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
— Work schedule: 5/2.
— Office in the center of Baku.
— Comfortable working conditions.
— Budget for advertising, content, contractors, and special projects.

Responsibilities

- Experience in marketing, PR, SMM, brand communications, or the digital field;
- Strong copywriting skills;
- Understanding of how social media and content work;
- Ability to independently manage tasks from idea to execution;
- Ability to work with contractors and oversee the process;
- Attention to visual quality and detail;
- Understanding that marketing is a tool for business growth, not just about making nice posts.

Will be considered an advantage:
- Experience with technology, transport, delivery, retail, or B2B projects;
- Experience working with media and bloggers;
- Understanding of advertising campaigns;
- Good command of Azerbaijani and English languages.
