Job Description
Our company is looking for a professional Technical Office Manager operating in the field of infrastructure and construction project management.

Responsibilities
Higher education (Civil Engineering or other relevant fields);

Minimum 5 years of work experience in construction or infrastructure projects;

Knowledge of design-estimate documentation, technical standards, and regulatory requirements;

Ability to work proficiently in AutoCAD and MS Office programs;

Knowledge of Primavera P6 or MS Project is an advantage;

Fluent written and verbal communication skills in Azerbaijani;

Proficiency in English or Russian is considered an advantage.
