- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Management/Marketing or other fields (medicine, pharmacy/natural sciences)
- Minimum 2 years of sales management experience
- Minimum 3 years of successful sales experience, pharmaceutical/medical fields are preferred
- Advanced communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
- High level of self-motivation and the ability to motivate a team
- Proficiency in the Azerbaijani language is mandatory.
