Job Description

We DO NOT need a classic SMM specialist who just collects likes and posts standard pictures. We need a "Sales Machine" who can turn social networks (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook) into real customers and sales, and who stands out with their ideas!

Terms and Benefits:

Probation period: 1 month.

Note: Based on the results (sales growth) you demonstrate during the probation period, there will be an opportunity for long-term cooperation, a high fixed salary, and a commission (bonus) on sales in the following months.

Responsibilities

High ideas and creativity: must have a new answer every day to the question "How can we sell this product differently?";

Skill in high-quality video filming and editing with a phone (CapCut, VN, etc.);

Strong knowledge of sales psychology and social media algorithms;

Being proactive and energetic (promptly requesting and processing videos from the craftsmen).
