Job Description
Address: Shovkat Mammadova (Near Azadliq Metro Station) Salary: 800 AZN + Bonus Work schedule: 6 days a week, from 08:30 to 18:00.

Receive incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate persons

Ensure the transfer of documents between departments within the office

Register and welcome incoming guests

Serve tea/coffee when welcoming management and guests

Monitor the general tidiness of the office

Handle e-mails and correspondence, and direct them to the relevant departments

Perform assigned tasks in a timely and accurate manner.
