Job Description

Welcoming customers and efficiently taking orders

Providing detailed information about products to customers and offering professional advice during the selection process

Monitoring customer satisfaction after sales, overseeing the order delivery process, and responding to customer inquiries (After-sales service)

Attracting potential customers and developing relationships with the existing customer base

Work schedule: 6 days a week (1 day off)

Working hours: 09:00 – 18:00 (Saturday: 10:00 – 17:00)

Salary: 800 – 1000 AZN

Responsibilities

Gender: Male/Female

Age limit: 20 – 40

Work experience: Minimum 3-5 years in sales

Language skills: Fluency in Russian is mandatory (fluent speaking and writing)

Ability to conduct active sales and negotiations

High communication skills and focus on customer satisfaction

Ability to work in a team and a responsible approach.
