Proven experience as a travel manager, coordinator, or specialist (minimum 3 years)
Excellent time management, budget management, and vendor management skills
Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities
Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to unforeseen circumstances
Bachelor's degree or higher in Tourism Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field
Fluent knowledge of Azerbaijani and Russian languages, English - intermediate
Experience with CRM/ERP software is a plus
Basic math skills
Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams and contribute effectively to a team environment
Knowledge of Galileo/Amadeus GDS is a plus
