Job Description

- Performing high-quality oral and written translation between English and Russian languages

- Translation of documents, written materials, or other texts

- Checking the accuracy and content of translated materials

- Establishing communication with foreign guests

- Representing the company alongside other team members at international events
jobs.requirements
Higher education

Result-oriented and effective communication skills with clients

Stress resistance – a focus on results rather than an emotional approach

Ability to negotiate with delinquent debtors and facilitate payments

High persuasion skills in both telephone and face-to-face communication

Basic knowledge of legal procedures (understanding of judicial and enforcement processes)

Fluency in Azerbaijani; Russian is a plus

Analytical thinking and ability to assess risks

Ability to work with targets (collection goals) and demonstrate results

Preference is given to candidates with experience in non-performing loans or collections.
