Real work experience in the tourism sector and comprehensive knowledge of the field from A to Z
Practical knowledge of tourism business development, sales, reservations, and operational processes
Experience in developing and selling domestic and international tours
Ability to work with hotels, airline tickets, transfers, visas, insurance, and tour packages
Experience working with tourism platforms, reservation systems, and partners
Strong sales, customer communication, and negotiation skills
Responsible, proactive, result-oriented, and capable of building systems
Ability to independently manage the tourism department within the company
Fluency in Azerbaijani; proficiency in Russian or English is an advantage
