Responsibilities

Higher education (a degree in Business, Management, or related fields is an advantage).

Minimum of 3 years of experience in Sales and Management.

Leadership and management skills.

Ability to work with sales plans.

Customer-oriented mindset and ability to effectively resolve complaints.

Ability to make strategic decisions by analyzing performance and KPI metrics.

Experience in a furniture store is desirable.

Proficiency in the 1C program is desirable.
