Vacancy: Site Manager (Renovation Foreman)

Company: Interior Design and Renovation Company

Address: Baku, White City

Projects: Interior renovation of premium-class apartments and villas

Terms:

• Salary: Based on interview (Competitive salary commensurate with knowledge and experience);

• Work schedule: By agreement.
Responsibilities
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of mandatory experience as a site supervisor (prorab) in premium interior renovation projects;

• Excellent knowledge of modern interior finishing materials, luxury decorative works (hidden profiles, complex ceilings, wall panels, etc.), and their application methods;

• Ability to analyze details and dimensions in a design project technically rather than visually;

• Demanding, disciplined, and capable of establishing effective communication with the team of craftsmen.
