• Daily cleaning and maintenance of all areas of the cafe and restaurant (dining area, kitchen, back zone, restrooms, hallways, storage, etc.).
• Cleaning and disinfection of dining tables, chairs, floors, windows, and doors.
• Cleaning and maintaining kitchen surfaces, refrigerators, shelves, and equipment in accordance with sanitary standards.
• Monitoring the cleanliness of the cold room, storage, and staff rooms.
• Regular cleaning of restrooms (toilets, hand-washing areas) and ensuring supplies of soap and paper.
• Timely emptying of trash bins and maintaining an odor-free environment.
• Washing dishes and utensils (operating a dishwasher when necessary).
• Maintaining all cleaning equipment (mops, buckets, vacuum cleaners, etc.) in a clean and functional condition.
• Proper and safe use of chemical cleaning agents and ensuring they are stored separately.
• Constant monitoring of cleanliness standards within the cafe during working hours.
• Timely completion of additional cleaning tasks assigned by the manager.
