Job Description
Work schedule: 10:00 – 19:00
5 working days per week
2 days off
Salary: 1500 – 2000 AZN (bonus system)

Responsibilities
Higher education

Result-oriented and effective communication skills with clients

Stress resistance – a focus on results rather than emotions

Ability to negotiate with delinquent debtors and guide them toward payment

Strong persuasive skills in both telephone and face-to-face communication

Basic knowledge of legal procedures (understanding of court and enforcement processes)

Fluent in Azerbaijani; Russian language skills are desirable

Analytical thinking and ability to assess risks

Ability to work with targets (collection goals) and deliver results

Preference will be given to candidates with experience in non-performing loans or collections
