Job Description

The brand has been selling European luxury plumbing products in Azerbaijan for 23 years.

A sales specialist is required.

Working hours: 10:00 to 19:00
Fridays: 14:00 to 19:00
Sundays: 11:00 to 19:00
One day off per week

Responsibilities

Customer Service: Welcoming customers entering the store, identifying their needs, and providing a high level of premium service;

Product Presentation: Providing detailed and professional information to customers about brand assortments (sanitary ware, bathroom furniture, accessories, etc.);

Sales Process: Achieving sales targets, processing orders, and monitoring the post-sales process (delivery, installation, etc.);

Design Support: Assisting in the correct selection of bathroom accessories and elements according to customers' (or designers') projects;

Merchandising: Ensuring that display windows and product exhibition areas are kept clean, tidy, and in accordance with company standards;

Collaboration: Building and developing professional business relationships with architects, designers, and construction companies;

Reporting: Providing regular reports to management regarding work performed and sales results.
