Work schedule: Full-time (09:00 - 18:00), 5-day work week

Salary: 1000 - 1400 AZN (to be determined based on the candidate's knowledge and skills)

Responsibilities

Higher education (degrees in Economics, Finance, Law, or Business Administration are preferred)

Minimum 1-3 years of active work experience in the field of tenders

Excellent knowledge of the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan "On Public Procurement"

Ability to work freely with electronic government portals

Language skills: Azerbaijani (excellent), Russian or English language skills are preferred

High proficiency in using MS Office programs (especially MS Excel)

Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and ability to work in a team
