Responsibilities

Higher education
Minimum 1 year of work experience in procurement
Fluency in Azerbaijani, intermediate level of English and Turkish
Proficiency in MS Office programs, especially LOGO
Knowledge in the fields of procurement, supply, and market research
Ability to think analytically and perform price comparisons
Ability to negotiate and build effective communication with suppliers
Responsibility, attention to detail, and efficiency
Teamwork skills and time management abilities
