Tour Manager (Female Candidate)

We invite female candidates who want to build a professional career in the tourism sector and develop in a dynamic work environment to join the Aventus Travel team.

No work experience is required. The tourism sector and work processes are taught from scratch.

Work schedule:

* Work schedule: 5 days a week, from 10:00 to 17:00
* Address: Baku city, Narimanov district, Ahmad Rajabli 3
* Tourism sector and work processes are taught from scratch;
* Salary during the training period: 350–400 AZN;
* An additional bonus system based on sales results is applied;
* Salary increase is intended after the work process is mastered and depending on sales results.

Responsibilities
* Fluency in written and verbal communication in Azerbaijani;

* Proficiency in working with a computer;

* Strong communication and sales skills;

* Ability to communicate with customers in a polite and professional manner;

* Knowledge of the Russian language is desirable and considered an advantage;

* Knowledge of the English language is desirable and considered an advantage.
