Communicating with customers in accordance with business ethics standards (friendly, composed, patient, smiling);
Monitoring the progress and completion of the service provided to the subscriber, and providing immediate notification in case of any issues (delays, shortcomings, etc.);
Providing accurate information to the customer about number tariffs.
