· Welcome guests in a warm and professional manner in accordance with high-level service standards, and arrange their seating to ensure their comfort
· Provide comprehensive information about the ingredients, presentation, and features of menu items, guiding guests through the selection process to effectively increase sales opportunities
· Ensure that orders are taken accurately and promptly, and coordinate the service process without interruption
· Monitor the quality of service provided to guests and contribute to shaping a positive guest experience at every stage
· Effectively manage table setup and table turnover in accordance with service standards
· Anticipate guests' individual needs and expectations by demonstrating a proactive service approach
· Execute the billing process in a transparent and accurate manner, in compliance with company procedures
· Ensure the continuous maintenance of high hygiene, safety, and discipline standards in the service area
· Support the protection of brand standards by monitoring the visual presentation (merchandising) of products and services
· Ensure that service equipment (glassware, tableware, etc.) is kept at a high level of cleanliness and presentation quality (polishing)
· Listen carefully to guest complaints and feedback, resolve them with a professional approach, and escalate to management where appropriate
· Build effective cooperation within the team and execute the tasks assigned by the cafe manager and shift supervisor promptly and accurately
