Answer customer calls and provide detailed information about campaigns
Make calls to subscribers based on the provided customer base
Work schedule: 5 days a week, 09:00–18:00
Salary: Fixed salary + high bonuses
Location: Baku, near Ahmadli metro station (Mahammad Hadi 152)
Communicate with customers in accordance with business ethics rules (friendly, calm, patient and smiling)
Monitor the progress and completion of the service process
Promptly inform the customer in case of delay or any problem
Provide correct and accurate information about number tariffs
Convey information in a complete and clear manner
