jobs.responsibilities
- Organizes the general operations of the store
- Supervises the opening and closing of the store and ensures that security procedures are carried out correctly
- Ensures that the acceptance and entry of goods into the store are carried out according to the rules
- Monitors the store's inventory volume and ensures that orders are prepared correctly
- Executes the goals set for the store by the company
- Manages all store employees: monitors their uniforms and appearance for compliance with regulations, and ensures they communicate properly with customers
- Supervises employees' adherence to the company's internal regulations and their responsible performance of duties
- Takes interest in customer suggestions and takes measures to resolve any received complaints
- Takes appropriate measures to resolve any problems that arise in the store
- Ensures that all operations conducted in the store are in accordance with internal company procedures
- Provides suggestions regarding the development of the store and the improvement of products and services
- Supervises the maintenance of store standards and regulations
- Monitors stock levels and maintains records
- Analyzes assortment and sales
- Conducts internal inventory checks
