• Practical knowledge of Schengen visas • High level of attention to detail and responsibility • Strong communication and customer service skills • Ability to work under pressure and make prompt decisions • Fluent in Azerbaijani; knowledge of Russian and English is an advantage

• Provide customers with accurate and comprehensive information regarding Schengen and other visas

• Present the list of documents required for visas and carry out their verification

• Accurately fill out visa application forms and manage the application process

• Work with appointment systems (VFS, BLS, TLS, etc.)

• Conduct correspondence with consulates and embassies

• Maintain ongoing communication with customers to keep them informed about the process

• Monitor and implement updates in visa regulations.
