Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic, communicative, and result-oriented Sales Manager in the field of agricultural machinery sales to join our growing team! Salary: 600 AZN (starting) + high sales bonuses and rewards; Work schedule: Full-time (5 days a week); Days off: 2 days a week; Transportation: Company shuttle service is available; Development: Professional training in the field and career advancement opportunities;
jobs.responsibilities
Promptly respond to customer inquiries and provide advice on selecting machinery based on needs;

Fulfill the established sales plan and expand the customer base;

Master the technical specifications of tractors and other agricultural machinery;

Carry out the sales process at a high level in accordance with the company's service standards;

Monitor product stock levels in the store and warehouse;

Adhere to the company's internal disciplinary rules and corporate ethics;

Ensure the protection of company property and machinery available for sale.
jobs.requirements
Language skills: Azerbaijani (excellent), Russian (desirable);

Male candidates

Experience: Experience in sales (experience in machinery or spare parts is an advantage);

Skills: Excellent communication and persuasion skills;

Special preference: Active on social media and a desire to participate in live broadcasts (presentations);

Responsible, able to work in a team, and stress-resistant;

Inclined to learn and self-develop.
