Regularly conduct customer visits in the assigned territory;
Possess detailed and accurate information about the products and equipment offered for sale;
Provide information to customers and educate them about the functions, usage, and benefits of the products;
Conduct product usage presentations and demonstrations for medical staff;
Ensure customer satisfaction and answer their queries;
Collect complaints and suggestions from customers, forward them to the relevant department, and follow up on the results;
Coordinate after-sales technical support and service issues;
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and submit them to management;
Maintain documentation regarding visited customers, received orders, and future plans;
Gather and analyze information on competitor activities, market trends, and price changes;
Present products according to customer requirements;
Provide the customer with complete and detailed information about the selected product;
Continuously monitor product stock levels and current values;
Create sales presentations and various supplementary materials for future clients, highlighting event venues, catering services, and entertainment facilities (Hotels, Golf Clubs, SPAs, Trampolines).
