About us: The Russian State Foreign Representation in Baku is inviting applications for the position of Office Manager. We are looking for a responsible, communicative individual with a proactive approach to support the institution's operations. The role requires a high level of responsibility and adherence to professional ethics. • Organizational work: Ensuring office operations, welcoming and coordinating visitors, receiving and distributing incoming calls.

• Document management: Maintaining official documentation, registering incoming/outgoing correspondence, working with archives.

• Written translation: Prompt translation of official documents, letters, and materials from Russian to Azerbaijani and from Azerbaijani to Russian.

• Information support: Preparing drafts of press releases and information materials regarding the institution's activities.

• Digital communications: Managing official social media accounts (posting news and photo reports, interacting with the audience in accordance with established regulations).

• Citizenship of the Russian Federation.
• Fluency in Russian and Azerbaijani (written and oral translation).
• Experience with official correspondence and document management is preferred.
• Proficient in the use of PC and office equipment.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
