Answering incoming phone calls and directing them to the relevant persons
Ensuring the transfer of documents between departments within the office
Registering and welcoming incoming guests
Serving tea/coffee when welcoming management and guests
Monitoring the general tidiness of the office
Managing emails and correspondence, and directing them to the relevant departments
Timely and accurate completion of assigned tasks

Age: 19-40
Education: Secondary, Higher
Language skills: Azerbaijani language, Russian language is desirable
Computer skills: Office programs – Word, Excel (excellent)
Good communication, proper diction, and ability to work in a team
Neat, punctual, pleasant appearance
Knowledge of office administration (documentation)
Business-oriented and goal-oriented, responsible in work, precise, hardworking, able to solve problems
