Real Estate Consultant Wanted We are looking for a purposeful real estate consultant who wants to develop, with or without sales experience, to join our team. High earning potential, training, and support are provided.

Establishing initial contact with clients and providing professional advice

Conducting buying, selling, and rental processes for real estate properties

Presenting properties and organizing viewings

Assisting clients throughout the contract process

Conducting market research and providing accurate price offers

Building and managing a client database

Submitting daily reports

Higher or secondary specialized education (preferred)

Fluent in Azerbaijani (Russian language is an advantage)

Communication and sales skills

Active, responsible, and goal-oriented

Ability to work in a team

Proper and ethical behavior with customers

Computer literacy and social media skills

Experience in the real estate sector is preferred (training provided for inexperienced candidates)
