Job Description
La Casa Sahil Hotel, located near Sahil metro station, is looking for an experienced receptionist. Work schedule: shift-based, from 20:00 to 08:00 1 day on, 1 day off Monthly bonuses are provided in addition to the salary.

Perform assigned tasks with high quality and without delay

Greet guests with a smile and handle the registration process

Answer and log incoming calls to the center

Ensure prompt and high-quality service for guests

Check and respond to emails, Booking.com, and Expedia accounts

Be patient and provide accurate answers to all questions.
jobs.requirements
Personal qualities: honesty, responsibility, high spirits, and communication skills

Pleasant and neat appearance

High proficiency in Russian and Azerbaijani, intermediate proficiency in English

Knowledge of MS Office programs.
