* Management, motivation, and development of the store team
* Ensuring compliance with visual merchandising and brand standards
* Providing high-level customer service
* Preparation and submission of regular reports to management

* Minimum 2 years of work experience as a Store Manager in the retail sector
* Strong leadership and team management skills
* Sales-oriented and results-driven approach
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
* Fluency in Azerbaijani is required; proficiency in Russian is an advantage.
