Job Description
Job terms: Work schedule: 5 days a week, from 10:00 to 19:00, Saturday on rotation – from 10:00 to 15:00 Sunday is a day off Salary (Fixed + bonus) – 800 AZN + bonus (1200-2000 AZN) Employment in accordance with the Labor Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

Analyze incoming company emails and customer inquiries and respond appropriately.
Participate in tender inquiries, assist in the process of collecting required tender documents, respond to tender requests, prepare proposals, and attend B2B tender meetings.
Collect and submit online the documents required for inclusion in vendor lists.
Manage existing customers effectively, prepare commercial proposals, and oversee the receipt, tracking, and execution of orders.
Maintain control over the existing customer database and ensure customer retention.
Answer questions regarding products and services.
Regularly monitor competitor activities and the overall market situation.
Handle daily communication with customers and coordinate work tasks.
jobs.requirements
Work experience in the B2B sector, with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in this field
Proficient use of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), 1C, and CRM software
Strong written communication skills with companies
Language skills: Azerbaijani and Russian – fluent in speech and writing, English (preferred)
Must be innovative, dynamic, and highly self-motivated
Must be communicative, friendly, positive, and possess strong communication and persuasion skills
Must be precise, disciplined, and responsible toward work
Ability to solve problems promptly
Developing professional expertise and improving skills for successful sales management
