Higher education in Finance, Economics, Audit, or Law
Minimum 2 years of work experience in the banking or non-banking financial institution (NBFI) sector
Practical knowledge of credit and collateral operations
Experience in internal audit, risk, or fraud investigations is an advantage
High proficiency in office software programs
Analytical thinking and fact-based decision-making skills
Fluent in Azerbaijani, intermediate level in English
Willingness to travel to branches in Baku and across the country
