Job Description

jobs.responsibilities
- Investigation and prompt response to incoming inquiries and requests

- Establishment of the logistics chain and organization of cargo transportation

- Planning and booking of transport

- Calculation and submission of transportation costs

- Verification of the accuracy of documents required for international transportation and customs purposes, and provision of necessary additional information

- Monitoring market prices, researching external logistics companies, and assessing risks

- Timely and accurate execution of other tasks assigned by management.
jobs.requirements
- Computer programs: MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)

- Fluency in Russian and English (C1 level) (high proficiency in Russian and English is required for building partner relations and future career advancement)

- Self-development and research-oriented in the fields of logistics and sales directions

- Education: Bachelor's degree

- Responsibility and presentation skills

- Communication skills

- Reliability and attention to detail.
