- Greet customers with a smile and politeness.
- Ensure customers are provided with advice regarding product assortment, pricing, availability, technical specifications, manufacturer information, storage conditions and shelf life, production technology, delivery times, and other inquiries.
- Identify customer needs and provide detailed advice on suitable products and services.
- Provide information on current marketing activities, promotions, campaigns, and available payment methods, and ensure alternatives are offered to customers for out-of-stock items.
- Record business information and sales transactions in the 1C database fully, accurately, and in a timely manner.
- Ensure the preparation of goods for sale (ordering goods from the warehouse, overseeing their transfer from the warehouse, and delivery to the customer).
- Ensure the constant availability and proper arrangement of goods in the showroom.
- Answer incoming phone calls according to instructions and provide complete and reliable information about products and services.
- Receive customer complaints and suggestions, and provide support for their prompt resolution.
- Adhere to internal regulations, work schedules, and uniform requirements.
