BioHerbalBaku LLC, the official representative of the Orzax brand in Azerbaijan, operates with a professional medical strategy that prioritizes the recommendation of products by physicians based on scientific and clinical grounds.

In this context, we are looking for a Product Manager for our team.

Purpose of the position
The Medical & Strategic Product Manager is a key functional role that manages the scientific, strategic, and commercial development of the company's product portfolio. The purpose of the position is the correct positioning of products in the physician and pharmacy channels, increasing market share, managing scientific content, and providing strategic support to sales teams.

This position is the scientific representative of the Orzax brand in the field.
Responsibilities
Strategic product and portfolio management
1. Preparation of annual strategic and marketing plans for the product portfolio
2. Conducting product lifecycle analysis and developing growth strategies
3. Product prioritization and portfolio optimization

Medical marketing and scientific activities
1. Development and management of scientific content for products
2. Analysis of clinical trials and scientific data
3. Physician segmentation and development of scientific communication strategies
4. Coordination of seminar and conference activities

Market analytics and product development
1. Analysis of market size, growth potential, and competitor strategies
2. Conducting market and scientific analysis for new products
3. Development of product launch strategies and performance monitoring

Sales and internal coordination
1. Preparation of strategic presentations and sales plans for the sales team
2. Conducting price and profitability analysis for products
3. Coordination with sales, marketing, regulatory, and manufacturing partners
4. Preparation of product performance reports
Requirements
Education (relevant majors):
Higher education in Medicine, Pharmacy, Biology, Chemistry, or related fields.
1. Candidates without experience: Must have a genuine interest in scientific topics, be open to self-development, and be psychologically prepared.
2. Experienced candidates: Minimum 1 year of work experience in product management, medical marketing, or a related field.
3. Experience in OTC, dietary supplements (BAQM), or the pharmaceutical sector is an advantage.

Professional skills:
