Job Description
Salary: 600-900 AZN Working hours: 5 days a week, 09:00 to 18:00 (13:00-14:00 lunch break) Address: S.S. Akhundov 3123 Employment in accordance with the Labor Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

Preparation of sales and service agreements
Preparation of loan agreements, resolutions, etc., with the founder
Making changes to constituent documents and submitting applications
Preparation of employment contracts
Preparation of invoices
Preparation, sending, and confirmation of e-waybills (e-qaimə)
Preparation of handover certificates
Preparation of price agreement protocols
Preparation of mutual reconciliation acts
Drafting of bank payment orders
Execution of online payments via bank
Opening of salary cards
Calculation, compilation, and payment of Value Added Tax (VAT)
Offsetting for past and current periods
Preparation of withholding tax declarations related to employment income (Unified Declaration)
Calculation, compilation, and payment of withholding taxes
Monitoring of daily online correspondence (incoming letters)
Responding to letters received via online correspondence
Hiring and termination of employees
Registration and de-registration of employees
Preparation of monthly payroll
Calculation of vacation pay and final settlements
Preparation of business trip documents and calculations
jobs.requirements
Female candidate required (age 25-36)
Preference will be given to those with a degree in mathematics or economics
Fluency in Azerbaijani (Russian language is an asset)
At least 2 years of work experience in the field of accounting
Active, hardworking, and possessing the ability to work in a team
Possess positive qualities such as responsibility, honesty, accuracy, reliability, and analytical thinking.
