Job Description

jobs.responsibilities

- Properly distribute tasks among the technical staff (programmers) and manage the team
- Delegate work among programmers and define priorities
- Supervise the execution of tasks
- Ensure adherence to deadlines and conduct daily monitoring
- Review completed features, identify bugs, and provide accurate feedback
- Present completed tasks to the client, explain them, and collect feedback (on technical issues)
- Quickly analyze problems and propose solutions

- Ability to deeply understand technical requirements
- Understanding of IT processes, software, and technical logic
- Testing skills
- Client management skills
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- High level of responsibility and precision
- Discipline, punctuality, and ability to manage processes
- Communication and coordination with the team
- Clear, neat, and professional communication
- Knowledge of NestJS, Laravel, React, and PostgreSQL is considered an additional advantage.
