- Organize and execute market activities in accordance with sales and marketing strategy; achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the assigned area.
- Establish KPIs to develop commercial strategy and action plans suitable for the region.
- Conduct regular team meetings and one-on-one sessions; provide guidance, coaching, and continuous feedback to team members regarding their strengths and development needs.
- Continuously improve sales management and elevate it to an advanced skill level.

- Continuously deepen medical and product knowledge.
- Actively participate in the company's periodic meetings, training sessions, workshops, technical presentations, and briefings; attend local, regional, and national meetings as directed.
- Negotiate to ensure company products are available in the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain positive working relationships with supporting administrative staff.
- Conduct joint and field visits in assigned regions/ extensive use of marketing tools.
