Job Description
Vacancy: Trade Marketing Manager Founded in 2004, Orzax is an international brand operating in over 50 countries today, providing food supplements manufactured in accordance with international standards and based on scientific evidence. Over the past 7 years, Orzax has maintained a strong position in the market, holding the leadership in the OTC (over-the-counter) segment in Turkey. BioHerbalBaku LLC, the official representative of the Orzax brand in Azerbaijan, operates with a structured sales strategy that ensures the proper positioning and stable sales of products in the pharmacy channel. Job Objective To manage the development and execution of trade marketing strategies to increase brand visibility, sales velocity, and category development within the pharmacy channel. The Trade Marketing Manager translates product strategy into the pharmacy sales system, creating effective sales tools and pharmacy programs for the sales team. The main purpose of this position is: Marketing strategy ↓ Transforming it into a pharmacy sales mechanism ↓ The sales team executes that system. Pharmacy channel strategy development:

Development of trade marketing strategy for the pharmacy channel
Participation in the establishment of pharmacy sales mechanisms
Conducting sales-oriented medical training for the OTC team
Pharmacist training within pharmacies
Preparation of plans for category development and sales growth
Planning of seasonal sales campaigns

Pharmacy visibility strategy:

Preparation and planning of POS materials that increase brand visibility within pharmacies
Development of shelf placement strategy
Development of pharmacy display and stand projects
Preparation of brand communication tools within pharmacies

Development of pharmacy campaigns:

Development of campaigns that stimulate pharmacy sales
Development of pharmacist-oriented motivation programs
Development of seasonal promo and sales actions
Analysis of sales results of campaigns

Coordination with the sales team:

Close cooperation with the Field Force Manager and the OTC sales team
Preparation of sales tools for the sales team
Analysis of data received from the field
Development of new sales mechanisms that increase pharmacy sales

Market and competitor analysis:

Analysis of the pharmacy market and category development
Monitoring of competitor brands' pharmacy activities
Analysis of pharmacy sales data
Identification of market opportunities

Work experience: Minimum 2–4 years of work experience in the FMCG, pharma, or food supplements sector

Work experience in trade marketing, sales, or marketing

Age: 25-35
