Vacancy: Trade Marketing Manager

BioHerbalBaku LLC, the official representative of the Orzax brand in Azerbaijan, operates with a structured sales strategy that ensures the proper positioning and stable sales of products in the pharmacy channel.
Job Objective
To manage the development and execution of trade marketing strategies to increase brand visibility, sales velocity, and category development within the pharmacy channel.
The Trade Marketing Manager translates product strategy into the pharmacy sales system, creating effective sales tools and pharmacy programs for the sales team.

Position in the structure:
The Trade Marketing Manager reports to the Marketing Director and works closely with the following teams:
Field Force Manager
OTC sales team
Product Manager
Design team
Digital marketing team
KPI Indicators:
Pharmacy sales growth
Pharmacy visibility level
Impact of campaigns on sales results
Implementation level of POS materials
Sales development by pharmacy category
Core role of this position:
The Trade Marketing Manager does not perform sales.
The main purpose of this position is:
Marketing strategy

Transforming it into a pharmacy sales mechanism
↓
The sales team executes that system.
Salary: 800-1200 AZN (based on experience)
Working hours: Monday-Friday, 09:00 to 18:00
