Support and training We will help you quickly get up to speed with the product and provide all the necessary tools. Team Open communication, support, and respect. Tasks: Process incoming leads. Conduct consultations (calls + messenger chats). Find solutions tailored to client requests. Manage deals in CRM (Bitrix). Guide clients through to payment. Handle call volume: 20–30 calls per day. Our ideal candidate: At least 1 year of sales experience (B2C / online products). Confident in using sales techniques. Able to handle objections and close deals. Understands how to work with CRM and sales funnels. Result-oriented and income-driven. Independent and responsible. Fluent Russian is required. - Welcome customers to the store, identify their needs, and provide detailed and comprehensive information about the products

- Assist customers in making the right choice according to their needs

- Communicate the terms of active campaigns to the store staff accurately and ensure their proper implementation

- Provide customers with detailed information about prices and credit/installment transactions

- Oversee the correct preparation of sales order forms and ensure they are accurately entered into the existing software

- Monitor and ensure compliance with store standards and regulations

- Resolve sales-related issues promptly and immediately inform the supervisor about any problems that cannot be resolved

- Monitor the neatness and completeness of the products displayed in the store.

- Preference will be given to female candidates with over 1 year of work experience in the mattress or furniture sector

- Fluent verbal and written communication skills in Azerbaijani and Russian; English is an asset

- Ability to work proficiently with MS Office programs

- Ability to work in a team

- Accuracy at work and attention to detail

- Knowledge of sales techniques

- Neat appearance, friendly demeanor, and the ability to impress customers with knowledge and a positive aura
