We will help you quickly get up to speed with the product and provide all the necessary tools.
Team
Open communication, support, and respect.
Tasks:
Process incoming leads.
Conduct consultations (calls + messenger chats).
Find solutions tailored to client requests.
Manage deals in CRM (Bitrix).
Guide clients through to payment.
Handle call volume: 20–30 calls per day.
Our ideal candidate:
At least 1 year of sales experience (B2C / online products).
Confident in using sales techniques.
Able to handle objections and close deals.
Understands how to work with CRM and sales funnels.
Result-oriented and income-driven.
Independent and responsible.
Fluent Russian is required.
Knowledge of the Azerbaijani language is a major advantage.
Experience with educational products is a plus.
