The Fly Friendly team is growing — we are looking for a Customer Inquiries Manager
Fly Friendly is a company that helps passengers whose flights have been delayed, canceled, or disrupted in obtaining compensation. We don't just provide a service — we help people understand their rights and claim what is rightfully theirs during stressful and confusing situations.
We are currently looking for someone to join our team who views this role not just as answering messages, but as a position that creates real value and requires responsibility.
In this role, your main task will be to establish initial communication with clients who reach out to us, understand their situations, gather the necessary information, and correctly direct eligible claims to the relevant department. In other words, you will be the one shaping the client’s first impression of Fly Friendly.
