• Active selling and presentation of courses and training programs

• Searching for and attracting new customers

• Maintaining regular contact with and developing the existing customer base

• Accurately analyzing customer needs and proposing suitable courses/training

• Managing the sales process via phone calls, social media, and meetings

• Preparing sales plans and meeting monthly targets

• Organizing meetings with potential customers and conducting presentations

• Participating in the process of drafting and concluding contracts

• Analyzing competitors and the market, and improving sales strategies

• Ensuring customer satisfaction and monitoring feedback

• Preparing sales reports and submitting them to management
jobs.requirements
• Higher education (in Marketing, Management, or a related field)

• Minimum 3 years of work experience in sales

• Fluent in Azerbaijani; proficiency in Russian or English is an advantage

• Ability to work well with MS Office programs

• Strong communication, presentation, and sales skills

• Result-oriented and responsible approach

• Active, proactive, and development-oriented mindset
