Job Description
Chief Accountant (Experienced in Excel and ERP) We are looking for a highly disciplined Chief Accountant who will manage the financial, tax, and personnel documentation of a transport company with high responsibility, and who will present solutions and strategic proposals to the management rather than questions. Salary: 2000-2500 AZN Net (depending on the candidate's experience) Work schedule: 5 days (or 5 days + short Saturday) Location: Baku city, 8 Noyabr Ave. Interested candidates can send their CVs to the indicated email address with the subject line "Chief Accountant".
jobs.responsibilities
Tax and Reporting: Accurate preparation and timely submission of all types of returns (Tax, SSPF, Statistics, Employment) in accordance with the Tax Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

Financial Analysis: Analysis of accounts receivable and payable, as well as income-expense balances using complex formulas and Pivot tables in MS Excel.

ERP System: Rapid mastery of the company's internal ERP system and ensuring the correct processing of data.

Document Workflow: Preparation of electronic invoices, verification of incoming documents, and execution of Bank-client (internet banking) operations.

Personnel Records: Registration of employees on the e-gov.az portal and preparation of employment contracts.

Payroll: Calculation of salaries, leave, and other payments in accordance with legislation.

Financial Management: Oversight of the company's financial processes and professional representation of the company before official authorities.

Age: 30-60
Higher education in Economics (Finance, Accounting)
Knowledge of Tax, SSPF, Statistics, and Labor legislation
PMS (Professional Accountant Certificate) - mandatory
Analytical thinking, responsibility, and management skills
Minimum 3-5 years of work experience in the field of accounting
Professional proficiency in MS Excel (complex formulas, PIVOT) - mandatory
Ability to quickly master ERP and other software
Excellent knowledge of AR Tax and Labor legislation
Independent decision-making, proactive approach, and high work discipline
