Higher education
At least 1–3 years of experience in office management or administrative roles
Skills and knowledge:
Proficiency in MS Office (especially Word, Excel, Outlook)
Knowledge of document circulation and archiving rules
Ability to work with office equipment (MFP, printer, scanner)

Time management and ability to work in a multitasking environment
