Job Description

- 5 working days a week, from 10:00 to 19:00 (Saturday is a rotating, short workday)

Responsibilities
- Management of procurement orders (placement, monitoring, preparation of reports, and closing of orders)

- Providing support in resolving quality and logistics issues related to purchased products or services

- Drafting and concluding contracts with suppliers

- Executing all necessary tasks for the importation and delivery of goods to the warehouse

- Monitoring the quality of purchased goods and maintaining records

- Managing payment requests and overseeing payments

- Preparation of weekly and monthly reports on the progress of procurement processes
Requirements
- Fluent Azerbaijani (candidates with knowledge of Russian are preferred)

- Ability to use MS Office programs proficiently

- Knowledge of IT and technologies

- Professional business communication ethics

- Diligent, sociable, and possessing problem-solving skills

- Ability to work in a team
