Job Description
Earnings potential:

Fixed salary: 500 AZN

KPI (Key Performance Indicators) bonus: 200 AZN

Commission from sales: 1%

Increased bonus system for exceeding targets.
Responsibilities
Providing customers with accurate information about products

Closing sales and performing upselling

Proper presentation of products in the store

Monitoring prices and displays

Ensuring customer satisfaction
Requirements
Ability to work in a team

Active, communicative, and result-oriented

Capable and willing to sell

Experience in sales (preferred)

Responsible and disciplined

Fluent Azerbaijani language skills; knowledge of Russian is an advantage.
