Job Description
Working conditions: 6 days a week

Workplace: Badamdar settlement / Bahra Biscuit factory

Working hours: 23:00 to 07:30 (663 AZN)

Meals and uniform provided

Shuttle service

Official employment in accordance with labor legislation

Paid leave.
Responsibilities
Monitoring the quality of the products manufactured by the enterprise.

Supervising the implementation of appropriate work in accordance with the requirements set by legislation in the field of food safety and quality, as well as the requirements of other international standards in this field.

Ensuring the supervision of production processes, preparing registration forms for production lines, and ensuring the timely completion of records in the field.

Studying the causes of product quality deterioration and defects, and participating in the development and implementation of measures to eliminate them.

Preparing reports on the work performed and submitting them to management.

Informing the immediate supervisor regarding non-conforming products.

Timely and properly performing the duties and obligations assumed under the employment contract.
Requirements
Education: Higher education

Work experience: 1 to 3 years

Age: 23 – 30

Male and female candidates

Higher education (Degree in Standardization or Food Industry is preferred)

1-3 years of work experience in a relevant field (Production) as a quality specialist

Knowledge of food safety legislation requirements, awareness of labor protection and sanitary hygiene topics

Strong communication and analytical thinking skills

Knowledge of food safety standards such as HACCP and ISO 22000
