Job Description
TAKOPI AZERBAIJAN is an ambitious distributor of IT solutions for corporate clients. We operate in the fields of Wi-Fi, unified communications, and cybersecurity, partnering with leading vendors such as Sophos, MikroTik, Netgear, Tiandy, and others.

We are currently looking for a Junior Technical Specialist to assist with tasks related to warehousing, logistics, and office support.

Employment type: Part-time or full-time.

Responsibilities
- Interaction with brokers and logistics companies;
- Receiving cargo and verifying it against accompanying documents;
- Preparing goods for shipment;
- Submitting data for the preparation of inbound and outbound documents;
- Organizing product shipments and monitoring the return of signed documents;
- Submitting documents to the accounting department;
- Inventorying demonstration equipment in collaboration with the manager;
- Assisting in the organization of training events;
- Accepting equipment for warranty and post-warranty repair;
- Preparing handover documentation;
- Performing preliminary fault diagnostics in collaboration with engineers;
- Coordinating equipment repair or replacement;
- Monitoring the condition of the training stand.
Requirements
- Basic experience in administrative, warehouse, or organizational work will be an advantage;
- Basic technical knowledge to record complaints during service requests;
- Graduate of a technical university (we can also consider a candidate currently in the process of studying);
- Attention to detail and documents;
- Responsibility and organizational skills;
- Proficient PC user (Excel, Google Sheets).
